ignite sparked by BBB is excited to support our friends at Covenant Woods as they host a powerful, two-day wellness event featuring Blue Zones®—a global organization rooted in research and strategies that help people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
If you’ve ever wondered what makes certain communities around the world thrive well into their 90s and 100s, this is your chance to learn directly from the experts. Blue Zones has identified lifestyle patterns in the world’s healthiest, longest-living populations—and they’re coming to Central Virginia to share that knowledge with us.
